POPULSE MIA

POPULSE is a project that aims to provide pipeline calculation tools to the neuroimaging community. It is developed by members of IRMaGe platform in collaboration with Neurospin.

populse_mia is intended to be a complete image processing environment mainly targeted at the analysis and visualization of large amounts of MRI data. mia_processes is the brick library (elementary operation) for populse_mia
